What is the scholarship programme?

The Event Crowd Scholarship offers financial support to people who want to start or progress a career in the events industry.

While not covering the full amount of the course, you could see a contribution of up to 25% dependent on the quality of your application.

Each scholarship provides a contribution in course fees, giving selected applicants access to the same training, tutor support, and career resources as all Event Crowd students.

Your application will be reviewed by our Leadership Team. If approved, we will offer you a scholarship space.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between Part Scholarships & Full Scholarships?

If you are awarded a 'Part Scholarship', you will see a contribution of 15% from your course fees.

If you are awarded a 'Full Scholarship' you will see a contribution of 25% from your course fees.

The level of scholarship depends on the quality of your application - the better the application, the better your chance of receiving a 'Full Scholarship'.

What makes a good Scholarship application?

A good application will vary from individual to individual; however, the better your application, the higher the scholarship you will be awarded.

Include previous experience, your enthusiasm for the industry, and any barriers that have stopped you from doing this before. Most importantly, explain how this scholarship will help you achieve your event management goals.

Will I need my CV?

You don’t need to upload a CV with your scholarship application; however, it may be beneficial to have it ready when one of the team calls you to support your enquiry.

Who is eligible to apply?

Everyone is eligible to apply.

If you feel you are a strong candidate, please include your previous academic achievements, financial need and field of study.

How long does it take to get a decision?

With the high volume of applications that we receive, it is difficult to give an exact timeframe. However, if successful, you should receive a decision within four days from the date of your application.

Why do I need to have a screening call?

The scholarships are extremely limited, and each application is read directly by our leadership team. They will give you a call to see if the criteria for a scholarship have been met and to learn more about how we can help you. This is only to support your application.

What if I get declined?

If you get declined, you are more than welcome to re-apply. This may have been due to the thoroughness of your initial application.

How quickly can I enrol If I am successful?

Straight away! A member of the team will help you with your enrolment and allocate your space on the programme.
